Now maybe you are wondering, "why would I want to turn off mouse smoothing and acceleration in my operating system?". Some people like it, but if you asked me mouse acceleration/smoothing makes it harder to click where I want. This includes several games, such as Unreal Tournament 99, which use the operating system mouse data.
